It is normal and natural for the puff print to get dirty. When this happens, simply spray a multipurpose cleaner onto a paper towel and wipe it off.
Icarus sets are meant to be dry cleaned only. 8,000+ rhinestones should be handled with care! Wash inside out on a delicate cycle at your own risk, some rhinestones can be expected to fall off.

Instructions for replacing missing rhinestones:
These instructions are specifically for the spare rhinestones included with your item and we cannot guarantee that they will work with any other rhinestone variety.
Step 1: Heat Iron to a medium temperature, not above a cotton setting
Step 2: Place the rhinestone onto the desired area- we recommend using tweezers to do this if possible
Step 3: Carefully place the tip of the iron over the rhinestone and hold still. Hold in place for 10 seconds, ensuring the rest of the iron is held up and doesn't burn the fabric at any point
Step 4: Place a cotton bed sheet, pillowcase or tea towel over the rhinestone area and press down on the item again for a further 5 seconds.
Step 5: The rhinestone should now be secure! Please check that the rhinestone is securely in place, and revisit the last step if this is not the case.
** please note when caring for your item, the rhinestone design should not usually be ironed over, as moving the iron across the design could dislodge the rhinestones

The reapplication of rhinestones is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result.
Unfortunately, we are unable accept any returns or exchanges for items that have had rhinestones reapplied to.
We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of placing your order — that means once you’ve clicked “buy,” we pick, pack and ship it out pretty fast. If your order is going somewhere far, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow along
Once we receive your return (and check that it’s eligible) we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days. Then it may take another few days for the refund to show in your account depending on your bank or payment method.
If you ordered from outside the U.S., simply email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you specific instructions (including the return address and any customs/shipping rules) for your country. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
Shipping rates depend on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping speed you select at checkout. For standard domestic shipping we have a flat rate (or free above $ ___ if you hit our free-shipping threshold). International shipping costs are calculated at checkout so you know exactly before you buy.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout you’ll be able to select your country and see shipping options. If your country isn’t listed, please email us and we’ll try to find a solution or direct you to a regional partner.
